The air conditioning in my room did not work properly and even after having maintanence come and work on the unit it still did not work properly and since I was visiting during a heat wave this was a major problem. It made for a miserable experience. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and the shower was old and difficult to turn off... it would only shut off in one very strange positon. I was not provided a receipt from the hotel upon departure, they said I would receive one via e-mail and that has yet to be sent to me.

Toilet would run every 30 minutes duey to leaking flush valve. Told clerk at checkout, and she more les s shrugged it off. Friendly, but not truly customer service oriented.

There was no elevator. I didn't realize this when I booked our stay. I have a bad hip and we were on a business trip, so it was hard to drag everything up 14 steps.
